Choose your Restaurant wisely! Being a green restaurant means more than just serving lots of leafy salads. The first thing to consider is where are the ingredients coming from? Local, in-season produce and fruit is best, as well as local meat and fish. Moreover, all meat, especially fish, should be sustainable. What kind of take-out containers do they use? A handful of restaurants have already made the switch to the biodegradable kind.
